Laura Fuhrman: PresidentLaura's passion for the work that is being done at The Well is a driving force in their forward movement. She has a heart to not only be on the front lines of ministry, but is also motivated by big vision and partnering with the Holy Spirit to see His vision become a reality. She has been mentoring women and girls for 15 years, and has started and run family businesses for 13 years. Her knowledge of women in crisis situations as well how to move the needle in leadership and the training of volunteers has created a unique team that is dedicated to the vision and mission at The Well.

Debbie McKinney: SecretaryDebbie is the Associate Vice President at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Group here in Minneapolis. Her attention to detail and her ability to navigate through corporate america has been a huge asset to The Well as we make decisions and strive to operate with the utmost integrity. Debbie not only is a superwoman at the office, but you can find her cheering her kiddos on at their hockey games and leading her congregation into worship on the weekends.

Brandy Galloway: TreasurerBrandy wears many different hats with much poise and elegance. She is the Director of Community Preservation at The Waters Senior Living, and formerly the Director of Finance at The Waters. With a professional career in accounting and finance, Brandy has high ethical standards and analytical ability. In her free time, she supports her husband Patrick with custom home design and selections for his design-build firm Stone River Homes. At The Well we value beauty and want every women that walks through our doors to feel beautiful, safe, and free. Brandy supports that value by overseeing the financials and managing resources so we can support women and stay on the path that God has outlined for us at The Well.
